Jana Small Finance Bank is hiring Collection Executives for local area postings. This role involves overdue collections with flexible work timing. The position is open only for males, and candidates must be familiar with the local areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform overdue collection activities.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain daily work reports and meet collection targets.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- 10th Pass, High School, or Graduate.
- For 10th Pass candidates, prior experience is mandatory.
Skills:
- Experience preferred (Freshers are welcome).
- Must have a valid driving license (active learners are acceptable).
Age Limit: 19 to 30 years.
Other Requirements:
- Must own a bike.
- Familiarity with the local area is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 (in-hand).
