Niwas Housing Finance is hiring Relationship Manager (Rm) for its direct payroll. This role involves visiting open markets, generating leads, Dsa Visit & Company Channel Partner Visit Lead generation & Housing finance Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and processing affordable housing loan cases
- Handling end-to-end home loan documentation and login process
- Coordinating with credit, legal, and technical teams for case approval
- Managing channel partners, DSAs, and direct sourcing
- Ensuring monthly disbursement targets are achieved
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate Pass mandatory any Strem
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
Salary and Benefits
- 3 lacs to 3.5 Lacs Ctc
- Performance-based incentives.
