L&T Finance is hiring Field Loan officer (FLO) for its direct payroll. This role involves visiting open markets, generating leads, Women group create, and Group loan process & Collection .
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through open market visits.
- Group Create , Loan process & Monthly collection .
- Maintain daily reports and meet daily target.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate Pass mandatory
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
Salary and Benefits
- ₹15,500 to 17500 (NTH) per month+ Monthly petrol allowences
